BLAKE ROSS
Executive President
Blake Ross was elected in April of 2017 after serving as Political Director, and serving three terms as a District Director overseeing expansion of the YD’s in east Arkansas.

MICAH WALLACE
Executive Vice President
After founding the Gravette HS YD, Micah served as the UofA YD President, a chapter known for bringing Beto O’Rourke to campus and winning Student Organization of the Year. After starting 6 chapters as district director, she began her term as Vice President in January of 2020.

BARRETT GOODWIN
Communications Director
Barrett Goodwin has been a member of YDAR since 2013, serving in various social media or communication roles for both the Hendrix Young Democrats and YDAR during that span. Barrett has been Communications Director since 2017.

OWEN HAYNES
Vice President of High Schools
Owen is responsible for being our leader of the high school caucus for YDAR. A native of White Hall High School, Owen founded his chapter at his school.

BILLY COOK
Vice-President of Colleges
Responsible for the College Democrats of Arkansas, Billy also serves as UA Young Democrats President and studies History and political science at the Fayetteville Campus. He enjoys hanging out with his friends when he isn't working with the Young Democrats.

NEIL HUDSON
Finance Director and First District Director
Neil Hudson has been in YDAR since 2016 when he joined A-State Young Democrats. He was elected to serve as District Director, as well as Vice Chair of Labor Caucus, for the first district in 2019. He was appointed Finance Director earlier this year.

RYAN CARTER
Political Director
Ryan Carter is from Corning, Arkansas and a member of the Arkansas State University Young Democrats. He has formerly served as Outreach Director and District Director. In 2018, he ran for state representative.

MACY WALKER
1st District Director
Macy Walker is the president of ASU Young Democrats and the 1st vice chair for the Stonewall and Women's Caucus. She has a passion for art (specifically mixed mediums), fighting for gender equality, and philosophy.

BAILEY LINDSEY
2nd District Director
Bailey Lindsey has been an active member of YDAR since 2015, when she joined Fayetteville High School’s YDAR chapter. Today, Bailey is AR-02 Co-Director and in her second term as President of the Hendrix College Young Democrats. She hopes to pursue a lifetime of working towards a more just, equitable, and kind criminal justice system.

RODERICK MOORE
4th District Director
Roderick Moore is the fourth district director and Black Caucus Chair for the Young Democrats of Arkansas and the fourth district director. He enjoys taking care of his cat and talking about politics, in addition to serving the ASMSA chapter of YD.

CONNOR WILLIAMS
3rd District Director
Connor Williams is a Senior Environmental science major at Arkansas Tech University. He is originally from Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Connor serves as third district director as well as chapter president of the Arkansas Tech University chapter.

MUSKAAN ARSHAD
3rd District Director
Muskaan Arshad is the third district director for the Young Democrats, the President of Bentonville West High School, and the Chair of Asian Pacific Islander Caucus.

ZACH LEE
National Committee Man
Zach Lee is our YDAR National Committee Man, after previously serving as the 3rd district labor vice chair and 3rd district enviromental task force vice chair. He enjoys sports, cooking, reading, and hiking.

NATE ARRINGTON
Judicial Council Chair
Since 2015, Nate has been heavily involved with the Young Democrats of Arkansas and has served as 1st District Director, & Vice President of Colleges. He currently serves as the organization’s Chief of Staff. Through his work with the Young Democrats, Nate has planned voter registration drives and started multiple chapters all across the state.

EDICA TAMEZ
First District Judicial Council Vice-Chair
Edica formerly served in the Hispanic Caucus and at the ASUYD Chapter. Edica is in the young democrats because she wants the future to be empathetic and fair. In her free time, she enjoys Gardening, activism, DIY crafts, music, and dancing.

OLIVIA RIZZARDI
Second District Judicial Council Vice-Chair
Olivia served YDAR as the former 1st DD, ASU Chapter President, ASU Outreach Coordinator, and Women’s Caucus Chair, and now she brings her experience judicial council. In her down time, she's probably watching 2000s shows with her cat.

ABBY DAVIDSON
Sunrise Caucus Chair
Abby Davidson is the Sunrise Caucus Chair and the third district Faith Caucus Chair. When asked why she is a Young Democrat, she said, "I want to progress to an Arkansas where everyone wants to live and feel comfortable and included."
